RightFit Talent Brokers help companies fill #challenging/specialized positions as well as meeting #highvolume recruiting needs. We do this by handling the entire hiring process. We begin by meeting with the hiring manager to understand the position, learn about the culture of the organization, and work to understand the business. We work closely with the hiring manager to develop a compelling job description, and we advertise the job on hundreds of sites. We spend time reviewing all potential candidate's resumes, and we provide live #pre-screening for those who appear to be qualified on paper. We provide them with a #criteriaassessment which summarizes their potential fit for the identified role. Once we identify the candidates who we feel are the right person to fit the right seat, we work to schedule interviews with the hiring managers. If the hiring manager decides to move forward, we have a "would be" peer of the role meet with the candidate as well. If it is determined that we are interested in moving forward, we complete a deep reference check/complete a background check. Recruiters have an easier time selecting outstanding candidates because they do their homework on the company (aka their client).

Again, at RightFit Talent Brokers, our main goal is to understand the candidate, the organization's needs, the styles of both the candidate and the hiring manager, and learn about the business and their culture.
